Feature Upgrades

SubApp stays free by staying lean. These are upgrades we'd like to ship when donations cover the extra cost.

Currently Fundraising For

• Base site costs — hosting, database, and email so SubApp stays online for everyone.
• Upgrade Notifications — an email notification for every form response, and no missed emails on busy site days.

Future Wishlist

• Database Upgrade — as the site scales with more forms and more responses, if we hit our monthly cap, form creation + responses would be paused. We can get ahead of this by hitting fundraising goals early, so we may start funding this one.
• File uploads — photos, PDFs, and other attachments on form responses (needs paid storage).
• More response volume — higher caps on forms and submissions per account.
• Richer form fields — scales, date pickers, and other question types beyond text and choices.
