By using SubApp you agree to these terms. The service is provided free of charge and “as is,” funded by advertising and optional donations.

Acceptable use

• Do not collect illegal content or use forms to harass, scam, or spam.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to probe or overload the platform.
• Do not place prohibited content on pages that display ads.
• You are responsible for the content of forms you publish and responses you store.

Limits

To protect free infrastructure, accounts may be limited in number of forms, responses per form, and request rate. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Export important responses regularly.

Donations

Optional Cash App and Throne donations help cover hosting costs. Donations are voluntary and processed by Cash App and Throne under their terms — not by SubApp payment rails.
