SubApp (“we”, “us”) provides free form and survey hosting. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Secured in an encrypted DB, we do not have direct access to your information. Account details you provide (email, password hash).
• Forms you create and responses submitted to those forms.
• Nickname, optional email, and message text from the Bug/Feedback form.
• Technical data such as IP address (for rate limiting) and basic logs.
• Transactional emails: password reset (when you request it), a daily response summary when your forms received at least one submission, and rare admin alerts if outbound email volume nears provider limits.
• Clicks on our donation link (time and source label), not Cash App payment amounts.

Advertising

We may display ads through Google AdSense or similar partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info/choices.

How we use data

We use data to operate the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and (where ads are enabled) monetize free hosting. Form response content belongs to the form creator; we do not sell response contents.

Retention

Account and form data are kept while your account is active. We may delete data to stay within free infrastructure limits or after prolonged inactivity.
