How it works
1. Create an account
Sign up with email and password. That account owns your forms and response inbox.
2. Build a form
Add fields / questions, choose a theme, and privacy setting.
3. Share the link
Unlisted and Public forms get a shareable URL. Anyone with the link can respond — no email required. Public forms also appear on Browse Forms.
4. Read responses
If you got responses, you'll get one daily summary email.
View the responses on your account dashboard.
Keeping it free
We are hard capped at 100 emails a day, so if the site has a busy day, you might miss a daily notification. We have a fundraising goal to fix & bolster this here. Hitting this goal would allow notifications per form submission, rather than daily.
Site costs are partially covered by ads, but small donations help <3.
